That's not really true. If you have all the skills trained go for it.
I fly:
4x T2 Tach, salvage, tractor
XL booster, boost amp, invuln, 4x shield hardeners.
3x heat sinks, PDUs
I just use all T2 mods, except faction heat sinks.
There's a lot you can do with the mids though. Sometimes I use a TC.
Just be sure to kill off scram frigs first till you know what you are doing.

Also if you want the uberness of a deadspace tank without the deadspace suicide ganker risk then invest in a hg crystal set for a whole lot less isk. Should easily hit nearly 2000 hp repaired per cycle with top skills.

You forgot to tell them about how awesome ratting and running cosmos missions will be with that setup in a certain system next to Friggi and how no pirate could possibly break that tank so no worries.

Depends on where the dart ends up on my Eve Choice O' Matic Dartboard. If it hits the Carebear I go and mine some missions or trade or explore etc etc. When it hits the skull and crossbones I fire up the combat alts and go on a roam or maybe do some faction war or camp some wartargets in a mission or trade hub. Having 5 accounts full of specced alts is fun.
