u can solo every plex currently in game it will just take a bit of time and tactics
for some plexes u just need a bit xtra dps to break overseers tanks so u need a friend or alt with u to add that xtra dps

I'm gonna have to go ahead and disagree with you on that one. Maybe all starting plexes, but some expedition plexes are not soloable in the least.
u can disagree with me all u want,i know it can be done cause i have played all the plexes in eve SOLO!!! maybe 10% of em i had a friend with me for xtra dps cause u cant break the overseers tank alone!!!

yes all 100% solo
in the 10% i am referring to only the overseer was left and i had to bring in a friend to break the overseers tank
every race has a nice ship that can tank any plex of that race
so 1800dps is nothing if your resists r well over 95% u wont even feel it
oh and glassmanipulator it is clear that u r a noob at this dont come barge in here acting like u know everything cause u obviously dont otherwise u would know how to tank a simple end stage like the provicial hq and u may adress me as sir since u r the kid in here

thats what i mean with tactics and yes u can outrange neut and web towers etc using the above tactics
the citadel torp is no problem to tank at all..what u need is the ship with the specific resist the torp does..
for instance in a serp plex u will get a kinetic citadel torp the rats in there deal that to..so easy to tank
the guri version an em torp the rats in there deal kin/therm/em so use those 3 resists
so now that everyone knows u know what ship to bring(no not a bs sized vessel thats suicide)use a middleclass vessel... its a walk in the park from there on as long as u use the above hints a bit u will figure it out
