CodeFreeze	Posted - 2004.08.04 20:22:00 - [1] Just scored a 703 HP hit with a single shot from my tachyon (with Gamma L) in a megathron at about 30km. To put it into context I am still working my way up to 4mil skill points and the biggest hit up until now was about 400 with a torp. So getting 703 with one blast of the tachyon made my jaw drop! I'm sure you'll all put me to shame, but what has been your most impressive hit and what weapon config/ship did you have?

But back to the topic: what has been your most impressive hit and what weapon config / ship?

Am using heavys cos I can't use large turrets yet Biggest hit i've seen was 987 (I think) when I was hunting with my mate. BTW if you want max long-range damage on your megathron, use 425mm rails, they'll outdamage all the other long-range turrets combined with the ship bonus.
