they are rediculously effective, up to 25km or so and about 350 dps each, 425 II autocannon ferox is also pretty good (altho both times I tried that died horribly)

Its a big shipyard system from X2 the threat / X3 reunion, and while it may sound like a weeaboo term I assure you its extremely manly and non-weeaboo *flex's* (altho I think its japanese for moon-ship or something but I used the name from playing X3 Reunion)

Also I notice alot that cva & co. refer to everyone that enters Mamet as a "pirate" while taking Global Criminal to eradicate said evil non-flashy person they've never seen before, more often than not losing some in their proclaimed eradication.

in fairness the first time I showed up there nobody went near me then I started killing people all over the place and had defence gangs chasing me about all day, at least they defend their space and its a place where you can always go to get a fight (or die horribly)
the locals defend it so well because all of the stations in the area are kick-out stations where they camp unknowns into, and gank them when they undock, all stations except hoshoun which has a huge docking radius (which is where I moved my fleet of griefing ships to)
