Umm.. then why does Sisi go offline at 00:00 GMT? That argument makes much more sense for TQ's daily downtime of 11:00 GMT.
On a side note, 00:00 is 16:00 for me (west coast US) and it has been coming back up at some point during the night so the only time I've been able to log on is for a few minutes before work each morning.

It does that to tell those of us who are still working to go home and sleep.
But also, having a long downtime in the middle of the day where we are the most active is not very productive. This is directly opposite to Tranquility since we do most of our work on TQ when it is down and most of our work on the test servers when they are up.

USA isn't the only country that suffers Sisi downtime when they are awake.

confirming i live in the US and have no issues with Sisi as i work nights and sisi is up when i get home @ 0800
