- sec status is -2.7 (iirc) I am ratting it up
- T2 medium autos, 9 days away from Large Projectile V
- BS IV, minmatar industrial V, 11 days from cruise V (cloning misshap)
- only need transport skill to fly transports
I am parting with this character because I am moving to one account, I want to sell him quick as well. he got potential to be a good BS pilot, you only need 45 days of training on his shield skills for him to fit a full T2 tank (most of training is T2 Boost amp).
- 27d days away from Vagabondd (full T2)
- 1h 3 mins away from Transports (9 d with cov ops cloak)
- 19 days away from full T2 armour tank
- 42 days away from full T2 Shield tank
- 26 days away from Large T2 autocannons
All the above skill training times are without implants and before learning skills.

If you actually want to sell for a reasonable price, I will offer 1.8bn
A starter char with poor learning, poor sec status and carebear crosstraining is never going to be worth 3bn

tell me your char can get into a cov ops frig and use a cov ops cloak, and ill give you 2.5bil as in right now.

He can't :/ to get both those things and the skills for level 4 implants it would take around 25 days.
