but that is the whole point - a dedicated char is worth more than a generalised char - your char can do a stack of things moderately well, the other char can do a one thing awesomely I wish you the best of luck attempting to sell it

The base rate is 200m ISK/1m SP, so that puts you at 2.6bn - your sec status, presumable kill rights and scattered training (semi trained 3 races of ships) are going to hurt as well. I'd say you'd be lucky to get 3bn for him, and I would bid 2bn ...
