According to this devblog T3 ships will have their own set of 5 subsystem skills as well as a ship skill. For someone like me, who's a carebear busy running L4 missions and has never bothered training cruiser-related skills, should I start training say... Caldari Cruiser V? I'm mostly about PVE in my battleship but I want to be able to participate in the upcoming wormhole fun without having to sit on the sidelines training a month's worth of skills! Thanks!
P.S. What other skills would you guys think are going to be the "big ones" we'll need for T3 and wormholes?

Its quite clearly stated that the t3 cruisers will require similar skill to t2 with the addition of the new rank 1 skills.
If you intend to try out t3 cruisers I would suggest training cruiser 5.

These are the skills I recall from the top of my head.
This is for the sub-system skills... the ship itself requires indeed Racial Cruiser 5 as mentioned by posters before me. -----------------------------------------------

This is important: Due to the sudden rift in the symbiotic ship relationship that exists between a pilot and a Tech 3 ship, losing a Tech 3 ship will result in a random skillpoint loss..... WTF?

In other words, it's there to encourage you to eject (i.e. give the ship to the attacker) or risk losing a random level from one of the subsystem skills. But since it's a rank 1 skill, that's at worst a 4-day training or so (for a L5 lost), or well under 1 day for a L4... so I'm not sure just how much that's going to hurt you, as ooposed to you wanting to NOT let your ship be captured.
