As most well know my specialty is more in the lines of formulating and executing a business plan. To this end i have been very successful. I would be happy to lend a hand in evaluating various business plans to present possible alternatives and inform players where gaps may occur. Simply put I'll be happy to look at a plan from outside the box on my spare time.

I can see some interesting possibilities when you get this rolling. I do hope that it will be kept neutral of anything when this group is wielding considerable power, and will be second only to EBank, if not a part of it. Consulting department or whatnot.
I never been more interested in following MD then now. Will see how this pans out.

Yeah been meaning to update, but between work and family I just haven't had time to finish things up.

Will you have levels of auditing? For example a F-Level audit for checking out newbie requests for a few 100 mil up to a AAA-Level audit for asking for 100's of billions of isk? That way an investor can look at the player and see that they got a pass on F-Level and D-Level so are okay for a say 500 mil isk, but that caution should be given before lending them a few billion.
Levels might be a good way to differentiate the amount of scrutiny given to a corp and provide a place for new auditors to wet their feet. After a few months of successful F-Level audits they get a chance to move up to a D-Level auditor.
F-Level: Name, SP, alts, past known loan history, employment history, and what ever u would want to know to be comfortable lending 100 -200 mil isk
D-Level: What u would want to know before lending 500 mil
C-Level: lending to 1 billion
B-Level: lending to 5/10 billion
A-Level: 10-50 billion
AA-Level:
AAA-Level: launching a new DBANK or EBANK
and then price it so that it is 1%-2% of the max amount so 1-2 mil for a F level
2-5 mil for a D Level
10 mil for a C Level
50 - 100 mil for B Level
ect.
