Which STILL hasnt been answered.
In this time, the ticket has been closed a few times, ive had about a dozen email responces, only 1 of which came from a human.
How does one go about getting a coherent responce from someone other than a piece of software?

If you filed a petition that long ago and didn't hear back, file a new one, and check your spam filters (it sucks when they filter replies you want).
You can also file via the website here. I prefer that myself when I can't file in game.
Posting about it in GD isn't a means of getting a petition reply though.

Surely a simple responce regarding the issue I contacted them about, even if they are to close it, a 'This is why' mentioned somewhere isnt to much to expect.
And in reply to you others...
You want me to contact support, in regards to not recieving responces from support??
Asking where/who to contact in this event, sorry, i dont think thats remotely out of place.
