What do you do when you have a soundtrack mixed and ready and really want to make a new video but don't have any good clips?
You make a video anyway ofcourse and hide the fact that isn't that much good footage by putting alot of other stuff in there. 
This video contains clips from a little raid NSN did in Fade and Deklein yesterday (2004.08.05). It was mainly small fights but we came in to 1 bigger engagement when we teamed up with R-K, SLI and BLADE as seen in the video.
I apologize beforehand if the video isn't what you expected from me, but as I said I didn't have that much good footage. So I broke my own rule and made a video anyway and tried to do the best of it.
Hope some of you can find it somewhat entertaining.

I've also given up on matching your video skills Leafo..I can only hope to get close one day. :)
in my own defense, i have very free little time and often make my videos in about 4-6 hours or so.

Your videos really show the awsome environment EVE has. Sometimes you just don't appreciate it. You mentally block out all the eyecandy when concentrating on the fight. Great thing you can watch videocaptures afterwards and just realax about it

Thank you all very much, I didn't expect that you all would like it so much. As I wrote earlier I wasn't entirely satisfied with the video, guess I have to re-evaluate it.
I have said it before but it can be repeated. It is for all of you I make this videos and it is because of your sincere comments and shown apprieciation I think it's fun and want to make more videos.
I especially think it's great that 'my' enemies can bury the axes and leave the battle in space for a minute and make such comments as you do. Glad to see that there still are civilised and honourable fighters out there!

Well you have to guard youself against any possible little thing that could spark and start a flame.
The reason I put that there is because that Megathron engagement actually happende before the large fight. But in order to get a better movie as a whole I put that event after the big fight.

Going to break one of my cardinal rules and post to a board. In general I find all the posturing distasteful.
First it was a great video 5/5 definitely. Extremely well done. I especially enjoyed the music.
As the unfortunate megathron pilot who was 'ganked' by the NSN frigates... It didn't quite happen that way. As it was 11 on 1. And truth to tell I was fine till your 2x Ravens showed up to help. I did manage to kill 2 of the frigates and I have the kill mails to prove it. I also have my kill mail showing the 11 involved parties.
No doubt about it I was in deep trouble with 9 frigates/intereptor sized ships on me and in my NPC hunting gear. Still I managed to give a good fight under overwhelming odds and didn't attempt to use the logout exploit to get away.
I look forward to seeing you all in space again although I'd prefer to be one of the 11 and you being the 1 . As painful as watching my destruction was, I really do agree that video shows why Eve is such a great game.

And you are absolutely right about what you are saying. The story doesn't follow the actual event exactly to the point, got to have some artistic freedom in order to provide maximum entertainment, right?
Just to avoid flame from others:
First of all the fight with Eutectic was before the bigger fight. Second was that when the frigates started engaging then our 2 first battleships where 2 jumps out. The frigates took the fight for a couple of minutes and then the 2 BS's jumped in and finished the job (from like 50% armor).
You took a real good fight though, that many frigates is a pain in the ... for anyone

or i could start cleaning up my other storage disk but thats just a pain
Ok I just upgraded my fraps to the latest version. I used to use 2.0.0 which would cut down my FPS in half when I was recording.
However version 2.2.5 doesn't impact the FPS much at all. It is much more efficient.

There is no such thing as a necro in this forum. I think it's good that people who have never seen a vid from the 'Golden Age' are exposed to this.
Seriously, back when this vid came out, the vid makers were few but they were also very talented. A lot of effort went into the vids and it still shows. Even as old as it is, this vid stands up to almost anything released on this forum today.

couldnt agree more seleene.peeps should check out the oldies on top left side here.video/community created. vengeance of the fallen(great story,almost brought a tear to my eye)/persistance (showing bhaalgorn as gankageddon in its purest form)/the fallen ( wich brought a tear to the eyes of the person in the video)are some great vids.leafo/llebring was 2 movie makers way ahead of time imo.
