I would strongly recommend Mercenary Forces.
Even their description says they are just peaceful industrialists and miners
And from what I know they live in Empire

I'm starting the Fighting Republicans as of tomorrow morning, so I'm thinking that I'll dec the first French corporation that undocks. Unless anybody knows of any Obama-supporting or outright commie corporations?

Yeah 'The Stewie Griffin Fanclub' Mine in Solitude. They are complete noobs and you should war deck them.. you will make lots of ISK doing this!
They also mission Run in Officer fitted ships....

Only one corp can truly be named here....Hadean Drive Yards (although they are in a fail alliance and you'll need to pay extra for that)
