You can set damage patterns already. Window > Damage pattern editor Then right click over the resistances area and choose your damage profile.

'Mineral' Supply drops from bugged drone anoms being fixed, market supply drops, price rises, more people actually start to mine again, supply increases, prices stabilize. I don't see anything wrong with that picture, unless you were one of those...
