So. All you do all the time is: Lying, Cheating, Scaming and Betraying. And now you come to the forum, telling everyone that this is not fair, that is not right and that you have done nothing wrong?
How the heck can anyone trust you in this at all? How much is YOUR word worth?

Too bad Arii Smith's bidding didn't help you sell him sooner.
That thread was made by me as I tried to sell him and ended up saying "You know what forget it I will just keep him and train him up a bit more etc.. I then decided I could no longer pay for the account then thats when i turned it over to my dad and he finished some of the learning skills and got it to have T2 Orges etc.. thats when he turned around and sold it for 1.5 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "In order to understand something, one must study all its aspects" |

You totally missed the point. The point is CCP minuses anyones wallet that has a link to a isk seller, you could be the 1000x person that a isk seller traded with and it will happen to you, whats even worst is CCP also does this to people that buy and sell stuff off the markets if the item or isk come or belong in a long line of transactions to a isk seller. In other words, CCP = bhunch of kids, I don't like your name, yourT a isk buyer/seller there you go minus wallet.
It's amazing that you actually understand what were going though unlike other people. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "In order to understand something, one must study all its aspects" |

Ironically, haven't heard from the OP in a while. Thought this one would've died off by now. Pak's kinda reminding me of old Omega Sinner here, convinced of his friend's innocence. Precedence is on CCP's side here I'm afraid...

I was going to quote someone but then I thought "I will just make a reply and set it all striate"
Ok I get it, yes we were mission scammers and we have done ALOT of bad things BUT that doesn't justify what CCP has done. If you read the EULA and TOS no where does it says scamming is illegal. What Lynisle and I did wasn't against the rules of EVE so there fore we technically did nothing wrong. Yeah it may of been cold hearted but honestly this is life and it happens. Saying that we got what we deserved isn't right because we didn't do anything wrong in the 1st place. Lynisle and Trainingbras wallet was set negative not because we bought ISK, but because we mission scammed a ISK farmer or what ever you want to call them and received a large amount of ISK making it look like we bought ISK. CCP says that they were known ISK sellers but that doesn't clarify to us that we bought ISK we were just playing the game. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "In order to understand something, one must study all its aspects" |

i must say this i do hate the jack off that go into missions and try to ransom you and then kill you it happend to me once before i said screw it i'll just buy a new ship its cheaper. But i have seen crap like this happen before hell it happend to me when a friend of mine gave me 1.6bn to get a fully fit thanatos not only did i have to provide chat logs it too 3 weeks to get the bit cleared up. To top it off my account was suspended for 3 days while they "investigated" total bs but i did get a positive wallet again my ship back and an apology but that still doesn't make up for that fact that all they see is a large isk transfer and start crying wolf.
To CCP fix jita or start replacing ships when it take 5 min to undock and you can see a "lag problem" on the server side though its the link from the server that causes the lag (cisco networking 101 nubs)

So the time I acquired 4 billion from the public, then proceeded to issue 12 billion to various parties unrelated to myself, and in between made several transfers of large quantities of isk between my two accounts and other parties didn't draw CCP's attention because,,, ?
I dunno, people scream "You transfer billions of isk and CCP jumps down your throat",, look around you. Billions of isk *gets* transferred without apparent reason everyday without a peep from CCP except in one or two cases which get brought to the public and the people involved are guilty, and that's me running on public precedence. Chuck "GM ISK Removing" into any search to see my point.

In that case, I wouldn't be trusting that guy anymore.

Do you know what relationship he has with Lynisle?
What might inspire him to donate over 1.7 billion ISK to Lynisle over the past two months?
Any idea on why they both happened to join your corp on the same day that the ISK was removed by GMs?
I expect that you should be able to provide some information, as Arii Smith along with Lynisle, and ALPHA LEET are the directors of your corp. Obviously there must be some level of trust there.
Lynisle is my real life friend, I don't give a **** what you any of you think. He has never bought ISK in his life and what ever the GM's did is wrong. I've known him for over 2-3 years now and have been going to school with him for over 1 year. He had Lynisle from the start. We mission scammed loads of people and made TONS of money. We then split that money between the corporation and its members. Alpha Leet is a Director because he is my Dad. Yes that is right my Dad plays the game with me to because that is how we spend our time together when were not doing other family type things. Lynisle is a Director because as I said he is my friend. Arii Smith is Lynisle's alt that he bought off the forums about 4 months ago or so and has been training it up to fly a Golem and other various types of ships.
The 1.7bill that was donated to Lynisle was because Lynisle gave the money to HIMSELF. Those of you who think that the "Acqua Digit" Dominix kill is fake can go DIE IN A FIRE because it is not fake. I have the kill logged in my corporations confirmed kills log and would be MORE then happy to link a screen shot.
I am tired of people siding with CCP as if they think CCP did nothing wrong which in fact they did. They took away a kids fun when he did nothing wrong. The thing I am confused about is they said Lynisle bought ISK but tell me this. How can he buy ISK if his computer was "BROKEN". How do I know this for a fact? because I am a Unix and Linux Administrator and have been working with computers since I was 7 years old.
This really erks me because having the GM's not give me my ship back or something else is fine, but taking someones ISK for something they didn't do? I just find this sad that now my friend is more then likely going to be quitting EVE and also me going to be losing a vary good corp member.
There is a reason why these cases should stay private. Its to protect the offender from additional embarrasment.
When it comes to guilt its easier to believe CCP. This because they are an organization needing to follow a set procedure for such cases - which includes evidence. The players dont. CCP can be wrong ofcource. Thats why we have an escalation option in these cases, which it seems to me OP decided to bring to the players rather to the GMs.
Also, going by the words from those who have checked the posters API there is something fishy. So I am even more tempted to believe CCP based on this information. I have though not checked the API myself, and to be honest, i wont bother because no matter what I think or not does not matter, because in the end its CCP who sits on the full and unabridged loggs. Not to mention its CCP who makes the decisions.
But OP: Thanks for bringing us this entertainment! I always enjoy seeing people getting a solid beat when they feel like voiding their protections!

That is not the point.
The problem you have is that you and your friend have set yourselfs up as saying "believe us, we wouldn't cheat, CCP robbed us"
This is compounded by the fact that every thing that has been brought to light regarding the characters associated with Out-Rage indicates that you will not hessiate to lie when it is convienent for you.
The story of The Boy Who Cried Wolf comes to mind.
So we come to the point: Do you seriously expect the public to beleive and sympathize with you after showing that you will lie at any profitable opportunity, or do you understand why the public will continue to believe that CCP is following their policies as always. About all you can do is work it out in private with CCP.
While scamming has a place in Eve, so does honesty.
Best of luck to you, looks like you still have enough ISK left over that those negitive wallets shouldn't be too much of a problem.
