Standings in general just sux. Had over 9 with the Federal Navy and lost it to 6.4 for not turning in (((((( 1 )))))) mission. I'll not touch another mission while playing EvE. If I need a jump clone i'll just join Estel Arador Corp Services.

Cosmos mission areas are the best at dropping tags from my experience. However I only have experience with the Gallente cosmos missions and serpentis tags drop within these areas such as the contested Gallente Skeleton Comet quite often.
