2. EVE Down? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I logged out normally 5 mins earlier to reboot my machine so I'd guess it will happen to everyone if they log out and try to re login.

6. A time for all POS owners to vote with their feet - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Factories will never grind to a halt all the time agents drop T2 comps. Were just back to what we had before POS. POS will become an irrellevance for T2 comp manufacture and will be used as bases and refineries instead. Kind of makes the whole dea...

8. Items going missing from hangers (not corp theif related) - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Same here with items vanishing from hanger. We've petitioned also. I will however say that we did notice that most issues seem to be with dragging large amounts of stuff from corp hangers to a personal one and visa versa. Some seem to get dropped...

9. Can we up the asteroid spawn rate ? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Edited by: Andaras on 08/02/2004 12:01:33 If you want to move ppl out of empire space, there has to be reason for ppl to move. To date no changes made, push this case. I'd say make 1.0 - 0.7 belts very small and only filled with veld to discou...

10. Corp Theft, should it be allowed? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
He never said ban it. The question marks and the word discuss gave that away. What is eluded to is that auditing does not work. Short of stopping anyone taking anything and having to have it given to them, there is nothing you can do. Risk manage...

11. Ore thiefs, CPP please flag them - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Jo, lag is usually bad enough already without every corp sticking secure cans in every belt. Making it practicle and ppl will do it. Hamper miners unecessarily and guess what, mine your own mins and we'll just farm NPC's. We have to work in teams...

13. Ore thiefs, CPP please flag them - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Edited by: Andaras on 07/02/2004 18:18:10 Half the problem is it's hard to know these days what is or is not allowed. Couple of facts... Jettisoned cans are marked as corp cans, not like loot drop cans. Why then? They should be the same as n...

14. Ore thiefs, CPP please flag them - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Secure containers are not practical. They are too small to be useful for anything but loot. And yes I apologise for generalising. If what I did was considered an exploit then so be it, I will not do it again. I was entitled however to ask what I...

Quote: CCP also said that was exploiting. Half this game is an exploit by the sounds of things and unless these things are posted in and FAQ how are ppl to know what they can and cant do.

It is a loophole that they are the only ppl that do not have consequences to thier actions. Everyone else does inc pirates why not them. It is perfectly reasonable to expect them to also have to face consequences. This is the first non 0.4 sec or...

19. Ore thiefs, CPP please flag them - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Incidently you can kill ore thieves safely by launching drones, setting them to attack and warping off then logging off for 15 mins in 0.6 and below because of delay of police showing up. Using drones, they will kill while you escape the police. ...
