I think there should be a skill that reduces reload time. I agree that Amarr have a big advantage when it comes to this, as they can switch from scorch to MF instantly. Maybe a 10% reduction in reload time per lvl would be good..

I dont think people are aware of the fact that you can actually insure a command ship, and when it goes pop, its the same price, or even lower in some cases, than a HAC. personally iŠve been roaming in shield astarte, and with insurance it costs ...
