From my experience it's not widely abused. It's mostly when someone quits for a long time for RL issues. Having long skill trained after returning to EVE is a nice bonus. I have never heard about exploiting it and that's why I was wondering why CC...

I think PNG was the best choice for EVE screenshots. It has compression and is lossless which is important for GUI parts of screenshots. Can we have an option to use PNG just like BMP and JPEG formats, please?
