1. Turrent tracking - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
If you right-click on an equipped turrent mod in EFT and select "Show module info", it will display the actual modified tracking for that turret in your particular setup (rather than base tracking). So the same information is available in EFT, jus...

2. Bastion mode - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
IIshira wrote: Even though the Golem can practically shoot missiles into the future the velocity bonus does more than add range. It means more DPS on target. How do you figure? Are you talking about better damage projection (in which case I...

3. Bastion mode - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
According to in-game attributes, it gives +25% missile velocity (compared to +25% optimal and falloff), so it should give a comparable range increase.

4. Alternative to Nightmare - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Thanks to everyone who replied so far. It looks like there is some consensus about shield Pali being my best option, so that's what I'll be going for (although I'll most likely use a Pulse fit rather than Tachs due to concerns about tracking). I ...

6. Alternative to Nightmare - in Ships and Modules [original thread]

7. Alternative to Nightmare - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
The reason I don't want to armour tank is the same reason I don't want to use my Nightmare because I don't like its graphics: flavour. The trekkie in me wants to divert all power to the shields, and I inherently dislike the concept of active armou...

Riot Girl wrote: You could shield tank a Paladin. Heh, beat me by two minutes. Yeah, this looks like a pretty strong fit, despite not utilizing the armour rep bonus.

9. Alternative to Nightmare - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
So I came across the post-Rubicon Paladin thread and someone mentioned a shield tanked Paladin. Despite some scepticism I rolled one up in EFT and it looks like, although inferior to an armour tanked one, the shield Paladin actually mimics the Nig...

10. Alternative to Nightmare - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
I'm looking for a replacement for my PvE Nightmare. The Nightmare is a fantastic ship which suits my playstyle very well. Problem is, it looks absolutely horrible. I hate actually flying it, and feel embarrassed every time I undock. So I'm lookin...
