To be honest, I think that Supercarriers and Titans should be removed from the game entirely. They've been nothing but trouble since their inception. They have been a very destabilizing influence on the game.

Also, you should be aware that most ships in WH space will be omni-tanked, meaning that there aren't any resistance holes for your bomber to exploit. All in all, a difficult proposition.

I looked at the manticore (assuming you're caldari). Given the restraints, and assuming you still want to try killing battleships (and haulers, miners, etc) this is the best fit I could think of on short notice. Covert Cloak II Core Probe Launche...

It's hard for me to imagine you having much success without the full complement of 3 torps + bomb launcher. I've done a lot of solo bomber flying and I just can't see it working out for you. You'll be losing to targets that should be easy meat.
