what is your current effective quality with your agent ? as I said my Q17 agent gives me effective Q40 , hence why I am given 7K + for missions, I have heard of over 10K in low sec and 0.0

I was doing an internal security L4 agent who had a -10 or worse Q, he was in 0.5 space , on average I was getting 3000 LP per mission I moved to another area and corp, internal security L4 agent at Q +17 , still in 0.5 space, now I regularly get...
