1. Hybrid buff? What are you all talking about??? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Kinda a quasi problem of ships, ship stats, bonuses. Then the weapons themselves. Said ships also suffer from PG/CPU issues. Unfortunately the web bonus goes to another race, with faster natural speeds. So they need to upgrade hybrid platforms...

Find something else to hunt. Honestly it's just better to move given the option. Mods needed don't exactly work 100% against NPCs, and 200km perma jamming Battle ships are ****ing bull****.

I do too, but it will never happen... That or be the first t2 item that takes less PG. (I know I know faction), but how bout those take less mass instead.

Probably wouldnt go 1400's... Firing rate is just to slow without a bonus. 1200's or go ac. With with all the gyros it's still like what 36-37.5s ROF?

Depends i either go uber brick armor dual web loki with autos or if in a large enough gang sniper fit with a booster or 2 to help lock the smaller targets. Not sure how the gang warfare lokis work, but I heard the bonuses are better than command...

They have regenerative substances that they're working on right now...also ones that go from semi liquid to solid upon kinetic impact...so why not in eve? Have nanites (sp?) that repair mods...

Shield extenders make you easier to lock... but a few warp stabs, and inertia modifiers would help. The fastest way would be afk via highsec.
