Well obviously you speak to your diplomats about it, so they can fix the standings if the other corp is unwilling to explain their actions. And if the diplomat gives you any lip, fire him! Many good alliances and corps have fallen due to lazy and ...

Yes he told me he had to reactivate the account before he could transfer. We did exchange emails, and I gave him 24 hrs to do the transfer. He did not, I petitioned it and am still waiting on a response. Shouldn't be an issue getting the isk back ...
