There are like 10-12 jumps through lowsec to reach it, but it's not so bad. In fact, I autopiloted my shuttle back from the eve gate into hisec and noone even bothered to take a shot at me. Oh, you mean how close within the actual system?

The first room in Recon 1/3 is easily doable in a named-fit Drake with average shield/missile skills. The second room is a bit more of a pain in the butt and requires one or two warp-outs unless your skills are up to par and/or you bring a T2 fit....
