They haven't announced it so far, but I wouldn't be surprised if some agents eventually moved divisions and some new combat divisions would be created at corporation that did not previously have one. Even if not, it's not such a big deal.

There are like 10-12 jumps through lowsec to reach it, but it's not so bad. In fact, I autopiloted my shuttle back from the eve gate into hisec and noone even bothered to take a shot at me. Oh, you mean how close within the actual system?
