Don't forget you can't activate any modules while youÆre cloaked. So don't think you can MWD or Afterburn while cloaked. The Covert frig goes 300m\s while cloaked which isn't bad but itÆs not MWD speed. ItÆs a very expensive fragile ship to take ...
