The de-cloak proximity of cloakers is 2km. Get 2km close to anything and you auto-decloak. So when jumping, you appear for a second or two, then you jump. When arriving, same thing applies I think, you appear for a sec before cloak kicks in. ****...

Afaik, you cannot warp while cloaked with the cloaker turned on, unless its the Covert Ops version. You can warp and arrive out of warp cloaked... very very useful ********** Everyone deserves to die. You go first.
