I think it's about time the local channels were stopped and replaced by constellation channels, as with all the new techs slated to appear it's gonna be way too easy to pinpoint someone's location... Or at least give players the option of showing ...

One other thing to add: one big problem is that, in any sort of battle, small cheap items are disposable. No-one who plays a game likes to be disposable. would you have played MOH: allied assault if you knew that YOUR character was definitely goin...

I completely agree with Serenity Justice's idea. Either that or make all the ships cost the same, just make it a choice of what you're planning to take out, cos if it's gonna be a scissors paper stone contest I'd pick losing 6-7 mill on an interce...
