I personaly use a Fleet Pest in lvl 4's. and the 1400s does require some micro management to the most effective. alpha'ing them is not always the best idea due to the long reload and using 6 guns when only 2 are enough to kill a target is a waste...

well, it didn't get a 7'th turret and lost the a mid to a low but but the changes to projectiles and added PG/CPU did make it stronger in firewpower. my old RF Tempest had in EFT 588dps (or 543dps turrets only) with 1400mm II's and 2 heavy missil...
