Why the hell can't I test MY fit on SiSi? My fit is the new marauder changes so it is CCP's changes I'm trying to test. Hard to do when there isn't anything to test it on. Don't say belt rats, anything can tank and kill 2 BS rats in a belt.

Those are cosmic signatures, Anomalies only spawn if an alliance has sov and the military index is high enough to get havens, sanctums, and hubs

So I've run a few Mag sites in 0.0 recently. A few times I'll successfully access a can only to find it is empty. Is there a chance for a can to be empty or does it simply mean the site has been run already? Thanks.
