Mirrors are done at CCP's discretion, they will do it when they feel its necessary, but generally 3 or 4 months is a rough guestimate when they are usually done, but again it is up to CCP. If you looked there are threads about mirrors in this sect...

this happens when nobody has used the gate since the downtime on SIsi, autopilot still works just takes a little longer, and requires 3 clicks of a button instead of 2 if your manually doing it.
