leave it at 1 mil a week. Its gonna be hard enough for a single corp to fight a ton of corps in an allaince anyway. Corps aern't gonna be able to afford to ever delcare war on an allaince if they gotta pay 50 mil a week.

Features like this are exactly why eve has so many bugs the devs spend all their time developing dumb crap like this feature and don't work on the stuff that really needs the work. And they keep doing dumb features like this over and over.
