Whilst the t2 rigs are pimp, you'll probably find yourself wishing you had sentry damage rigs on your lvl 4 rattler instead. A t2 tank with t1 rigs has been more than enough for me.

it's a sad state of affairs, but read the guides before doing the cosmos missions. they are easy, but they are not designed well. agents need to be approached in a certain order to avoid potentially forever losing access to missions with unique ...

Thank you for your helpful responses chaps. CCP, your COSMOS mission design team utterly sucks, and this from a CCP fanboi. If you're interested CCP I'll give a detailed explanation why, but my second question in my original post points the way.
