with the HP boosts either cap needs to be increased for all ships or cap use needs to be dialed down on hybrids/lasers also omen/maller need some love more grid for both 5th turret or 5 lights for omen (3 light drones is just crap, it really is) ...

whats wrong is that pre-rmr nanofiber plates had -5% speed while the rest had -10% meaning you traded HP (compared to better named) for speed now you just fit RT on everything as its both the lightest and the most HP
