Yes RL timezones have shifted 1 hour ahead in SOME countries.. the UK is now on BST or GMT +1 EVE has ALWAYS remained at GMT the shifting 1 hour ahead is only there because in winter it gets dark earlier so someone suggested shifting the time 1 ...

reset any 'warning pop-ups' (hit esc, reset settings and anything regarding contracts) and try again if that doesn't work then I don't know whats going on

i should think Jita is on it's own Node etc... other then trying to get ppl out of Jita (WHICH THEY HAVE TRIED) I can't see what else CCP can do... and if just half the ppl in Jita moved else where then Jit awouldn't be so bad. It's not CCP that ...

I haven't tried going on there so am not aware of it's status, however I know the Devs sometimes close the server to test new features.. i'd guess this is what they have done

just created a few contracts myself but the first time round it bugged after I clicked don't ask me again then realised that i'd made an error on the contract so hit no and went back modified the order then went back thru, hitting finish done noth...

Hate to say this but Jita is a known trouble spot for Lag and until CCP pull agents out of there or move noob starter places a few j away from there it's not gonna improve

i had the same problem with some of my channels.. check the MOTD for links and remove them as for some reason these bug out the channels (you'll need to close then re-open channel after to fix it)

it's an EVE-wide prblem afaik... and yeah I delete personnal mails that do this however I also have corp mails and alliance mails to re-read, and can't really delete those
