I have my clock set to automatically sync with an internet time server.. would that cause some of the lag? I only had a couple of the bugs you mentioned, and only rarely at that, but I wonder if that clock option might be the cause of some of the ...

7. Shiva Patch 2.01.2888 > 2.01.2920 - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
Easy, just go to EVE Insider, then Shiva Test Center, then click the link to 'patches'. Sometimes I have problems getting the Shiva page to load though.. so you may have to try later if you don't see the patch link.
