I'm not sure, but signate radius affects only lock time on target. and you ment +50% RoF bonus ?? that's crazy ... taking my Arma, megapulse firing speed is 3 sec(that's with ship bonus) ... that's with 7 turrets, more than 2 shots per second ......

How about you check turrets tracking speed ?? Little examp: you NEVER hit frig or cruiser orbitig you on highspeed (Afterburner) with your 1400mm Cannons, but you can do that with Dual 425mm Autocannons... its all about your fitting ... wanaa kill...
