I was wondering, why no module tiericide was done to this 3 capital shield extenders.... Not even a small difference in mass penalty / signature radius vs. fitting requirements. This items are very new and I assumed that CCP balanced them already...

The availability of the BPCs cannot be compared. The one BPCs are available in the LP store = constant supply and the other BPCs are dropped only.

You cannot fix prices of PLEX :) Imagine a PLEX would cost FIX 1B ISK. And a container of Veldspar would cost 1B ISK Why should you BUY a PLEX for real money, if you get one container Veldspar for it?

Why not something like this: Small Drones = Light Repair Drones Medium Drones = Medium ... Heavy Drones = Heavy Repair Drones each skill on level 4 for T1 version and level 5 for T2 version

I could replace one resistance module with a "coolant" module and force myself to overheat the remaining modules. Or I would NOT change my fitting, have no need to overheat and would have less risk than now. Nice idea, but to difficult to implem...
