Although smart bombs don't need to target anyone, I can go either way to sniff out cloaked ships. Whether it's with probes roaming the system or frigates with 12k decloaking pulses, cloaked ships shouldn't be safe just harder to find.

Among the unpublished modules (meaning not available in game, but still created) there is a cloak destabilization field. It's a smart bomb with a 12k range that only decloaks ships, no damage. I'd love to see these babies in game!
