Pretty sure that before the patch, either the datadump showed the 10% waste, or the blueprint did not. Anyway, thanks for the help guys.

The first is the retribution data dump, and the second is the in game show info. Can someone tell me why these are different? Am I checking the wrong place in the dump? I used invBlueprintTypes, invTypeMaterials, and invTypes for this. They worked...

4. How to fix eve and stagnated 0.0 - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
How about a reform to sovereignty? If you actually had to maintain it somehow to keep it. If a small alliance could actually take parts of a larger alliance's territory by attacking systems that the larger alliance doesn't maintain. I don't know a...

5. Legit Hi-Sec fights are impossible currently? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Actually just make NPCs die after a certain amount of time, that way you don't need weapons at all in high sec.

6. How many of you prefer the old Locked Target display over the new one? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
They should at least make the hp bars a bit bigger, I feel like it's giving me eye strain trying to see how much hp the enemy has.

lol, new players should have no protection. In fact, it should be encouraged to gank them. Just make sure that they know what is happening when their ship explodes.

I mean I guess you can go a few jumps out and steal from a can like normal, but why would they release the expansion without a way to get legit hi sec fights? Hi sec duals are fun, I mean not as fun as real pvp, but still.

15. Can someone explain why we need a 24 hour timer on jumping to a new clone? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
A lot of you guys seem to think I'm for removing it. I'm not, at all. I'm just saying that having to wait 24 hours to jump again is ridiculous to me. As said above, it dissuades from pvping because I cannot switch to a pod with a specific implant ...

18. Can someone explain why we need a 24 hour timer on jumping to a new clone? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I mean I get that it would be too easy to move around if you could just jump around all the time, but 24 hours seems like an awfully large penalty to solve a relatively minor problem. Couldn't the timer be 2 hours, 4 hours, or 8 hours, and do the ...
