2. Don't nerf Nano's - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Nerfing is hardly ever good, not only that but it almost always has unforeseen effects on unrelated issues. Nano's are not the problem, the problem is that tracking for turrets is broken. Tracking currently figures that all your guns are mounted...

4. This is just stupid - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Originally by: Reem Fairchild Just because a few of the recent improvements to the UI have a few bugs with them for now, doesn't mean that there is anything fundamentally wrong with the UI itself. I would have to say that having only o...

5. This is just stupid - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Originally by: Woofsie Okay, fair enough then. But why would player-made UI's make any difference? From what I understand, you're suffering from bugs in the game mechanics, not in the UI layout. If I'm wrong don't pick on me too much... i...

Bugs should take precedence over visual design which is the reason I stated what I did how I did. But from what your saying I take it that CCP believes that if you don't have to deal with a f'ed up UI that you'll have an advantage? Well, if that ...

9. This is just stupid - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Having a good UI is a fairly basic requirement of a good game since that is the way that the person playing the game interacts with the game. Without a good UI even the best game is nothing more than a turd. I had thought that perhaps if Eve woul...

11. Player Made UI's - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
Ok, I checked the commonly suggested feature list and was surprised to not see this one in there. First off, there is no perfect UI for everyone. Second, the current UI is not perfect for anyone. Now I haven't been playing long and I already s...

Edited by: Invay on 13/12/2007 18:51:27 Rockets are being used on these set ups since for the most of the builds listed are for short range combat. The other reason rockets are being used is that they have a much lower cpu and powergrid requi...
