This would never work. Almost no one will want to transfer Dust Isk to Eve, almost all of it will be the other way around, so you will very, very, very quickly run out of Dust ISK to sell.

You really didn't show a good example, 1 order does not a market make. Sometimes, when I would want to aquire a BPO, I had time and didn't need it right away, so I'd put up a buy order for a couple hundred million less than whatever the going rate...
