2. Login screen doesn't render, and freezes - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
Solved. Turns out it was some strange issue with SLI. SLI output was going to the card that didn't have the monitor plugged into it, or some such thing. Other games worked, but Eve didn't, until I changed some SLI settings around.

3. Login screen doesn't render, and freezes - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
I suppose I should mention that everything else seems to be working fine. Neverwinter Nights 2 runs fine, Oblivion runs fine, just Eve seems to be broken.

4. Login screen doesn't render, and freezes - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
Whenever I launch Eve, the loading window opens, displays the red image with the "EVE Online" text, I get an hourglass cursor. So far so good. Then, instead of going to the login screen, it just locks. If I open some window over top of it, and the...

5. New Eve website - Item comparison tool - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I've just added some more features to my website. It now takes advantage of the eve trust feature (if you allow it) to pre-populate the system search page with the name of your current system. More context-based improvements will be comming soon.

6. New Eve website - Item comparison tool - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Edited by: Joream on 30/08/2006 21:30:54 Originally by: Chribba One suggestion though, about speed and performance. You should give it some thoughts about caching the comparasion results for speed and lesser db load. When I ran a simi...

8. New Eve website - Item comparison tool - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Originally by: Chribba Nice, altho a bit hard to locate items with since the categories is not that obvious (but I know it turns out like that if you read from the db right away). I would suggest trying the "Market" section instead, as...

9. New Eve website - Item comparison tool - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Edited by: Joream on 30/08/2006 05:24:54 I am actually doing the HTML quite different for IGB vs. regular already. I've just been spending more time making it work nicely in the IGB, and only a little time on making it look decent in a regular...

10. New Eve website - Item comparison tool - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I've updated this with some suggestions from people. There's now map information in it, for finding distances, or for just browsing around the map. It's also been made more IGB friendly.

12. New Eve website - Item comparison tool - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Originally by: Aeaus Very nice, definately bookmarked and will be using it. BTW, you might want to do a table-less design as the IGB isn't very compatable with it. I've tried to limit my use of tables to just where I'm displaying tabul...

14. Fonts again (again) - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Here's my font story. I have a desktop and a laptop. I run my desktop, with a 22" monitor, at 1280x1024. My laptop, with a 15" LCD, has a native resolution of 1400x1050. With 21" viewable area, this means a diagonal pixels-per-inch of 78, for the ...

15. Market Data 'Export to File' not working - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
I figured out what was "wrong" with mine. I've been using a program called "StartEVE" to maximize my windowed-mode eve client. Eve has been saving the exports to the StartEVE directory, not my Eve directory.
