well if you want a geddon the choice is obvious.. as far as I know, the maller can snipe quite well, using heavy beams, adequate skills and cristals you should reach 50+ kms..

fit it like a raven, something like 1 large shield booster, shield amp, 2 invulnerability field and your scrambler.. you might need a webifier, so drop the shield amp. hope that helps
