1. Sever Status: Unknown - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
After tinkering with ports, using a proxy, and even rerouting the ip address through a VPN of a friend, I am able to get it to work. Still, this wasn't something I had to deal with prior to the last extended downtime we had.

I had to use Internet Explorer instead of Firefox, (won't work any other way for me) and disable Kiero personal firewall. Both of those were the only thing that I could do to make it work.

**UPDATE** Seems people using Cox Internet in the south-western part of the U.S. might have random connection issues. There is no current ETA on when it will be fixed.
