AFK mining is, sadly, becoming the norm in many places. Not unusual around Todaki to have 60 people, yet not a word spoken in the local channel for hours at a time. And yes, I do it too.

You are over reacting. This is the same virus that made the rounds a few weeks back. Quite easy to prevent if you have all the security updates from Microsoft and dont open all those weird email attachements.
