It's been doing that for a while. The Complete/Fail buttons appear eventually but it can be a pain. I think it's caused by Database delays in full processing of the transaction as it usually only occurs if you deliver the job very quickly.

I still can't download a new client or patches so I'm guessing that CCP don't want any new trial accounts. Maybe they're full Even so, it's a bit tough on existing customers who need to do a reinstall.....
