I think it's roughly 10 quality per sec level drop, not counting in social skills. My lvl 4 -18 in 0.5 is nearly double as good as my -13 in a 0.8 system. Get double the LP and double the cash, despite having better standing with my 0.8 agent.

Get about 1-6% standing increase per lvl 4 mission, storylines as much as 23% increase. For lvl 3's, I think I got maybe 2% for the hardest missions, like the blockade. So yeah, you gain standing a lot quicker, but once you hit 9 it starts slowing...

Find the agent you want to run for - it will tell you the standing you need to use him / her. Then do the highest lvl mission you can to increase your standing until you can use that agent. :)
