Can confirm, catching orbiting ventures is not simple. The clouds are big so the orbit is very big. Clouds have the tendency to decloak people. Many people wont bother with that **** either. And tracking of common ganking vessels like proteus suck...

Ghost sites spawn(ed) in wormholes, albeit they were quite rare to see. Not sure if ghost sites exist anymore. I think sleeper data caches don't spawn in wormholes, but it would be nice to be corrected on this :p.
