actually most of the star trek ships had closer to dogfights than they did orbit n shoot.... look at the defiant and those klingon bird of prey in the dominion wars.

i must admit this looks good... great graphics but also DOG FIGHTING style pvp.... orbit n fire is kinda boring and a bit unrealistic fingers x'd it will turn out to be a decent game... but i suspect lag will be a big issue

i think CCP should have reduced the tier 2 learning skills to rank 2 instead of rank 3.... 1. it would let players get to full training power quicker thus learning other skills a lil quicker so they dont get bored of eve while they do the minimum ...
